自転車レーンの整備

ここ最近、自転車レーンの整備が
ちょっぴり進んでいるようですね。

先日通った白山通りも
まさにレーンの作成工事の真っ最中。
青いレーンは自転車専用ですヨ♪



脇に立っていた看板がこれ。
原付もここを通らないで下さい。って。


駒込警察グッジョブ


これだけでもだいぶ違いますが
やっぱり青が分かりやすいですネ。


そして最悪なのが
JR亀井戸駅前のこのレーン。
どこをどう通ったらいいのか？？
この設計者？企画者？発案者？は
作りながら完全に混乱してますよね・・・（笑）

札幌にも最近短いながらも自転車レーンが出来たのですが、特に啓蒙も指導もされていないので単なる青い路側帯です。
亀戸のは酷いですね。
責任者を問いただしたくなりますね。

ハードとソフトが双方で整備されないと
ただの青い道ですネ・・・。

うーん「責任者出て来い！」ですな。

宇都宮の自転車レーンも、先立って始めた割には及び腰のところが多く、相変わらず交差点で強制的に歩道に誘導していて「これじゃ専用レーンの意味無いだろ」と叫んでいます。
またレーンの逆走やオートバイの暴走、路駐の多さなど、まだまだ「ソフト」面での課題が多そうですね。
この辺りは地道に指導やアピールを「継続」していって、意識の向上を図らなければ、レーンを作っても意味が無く成ってしまいますよね。

宇都宮こそ自転車のマナーなどの
先導役になって欲しい都市ですよね。
ソフト面は一朝一夕には変えられないと思いますが
意識の向上って難しいですネ！！

亀戸の京葉道路は論外ですね。

I actually do have a couple of questions for you
if you do not mind. Could it be just me or do
a few of these comments come across as if they are coming from

I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it's okay.

Is it simply me or does it appear like some of these remarks come across like they
are coming from brain dead individuals? :-P And,
if you are posting on additional places, I'd like to follow you.
Could you post a list of every one of all your public
